We’re excited to announce that Exhibitor Badge Registration for Impressions Expo Long Beach 2027 is through our new platform, Cvent!
All company personnel who will be on-site—during move-in, show days, and move-out—are required to register for a badge to access the show floor.

Exhibit Hall Hours:
- Thursday, January 21, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday, January 22, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday, January 23, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Move-In Schedule
This schedule is for move-in of your exhibit and display equipment. Should you have any questions regarding move-in, please contact your sales representative
- Tuesday, January 19, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday, January 20, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Move-Out Schedule
Booths must be broken-down, all crates and skids must be tagged and ready for carrier pick-up. Carrier pick-up from dock only.
- Saturday, January 23, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Sunday, January 24, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Impressions Expo Long Beach Vendors
- Our official hotel vendor for Impressions is EvolveCon via HotelMap.
- Our official show directory is produced by us using Personify/A2Z.
- Your listing will be pulled from your profile.
- Lead retrieval units are available through our registration partner, Experient.
- Attendee email lists can only be rented from us. NO other company has an Impressions attendee list.
Unauthorized Housing and Attendee List Companies Contacting Exhibitors & Attendees
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than EvolveCon via HotelMap, Impressions Long Beach Official Housing Provider, that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of Impressions. Please also be cautious with vendors soliciting the attendee list—we are the only party who has this data and the only party who sells it. We have been made aware of other housing companies, travel agencies, and list brokers that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms or purchase our attendee list through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Impressions Expo has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services.
