When and where is Impressions Expo Long Beach 2027?

Impressions Expo Long Beach 2026 will be at the Long Beach Convention Center from January 21-23, 2027.

How do I register?

Registration isn’t open yet for 2027 but you can inquire for emails and reminders on when registration is opening by clicking the orange “Inquire to Attend” button.

Can I bring my child to the show?

No infants or children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the Expo Show Floor, Workshops and/or Conference Seminars. Absolutely NO exceptions. Proof of age is required. Please note Emerald reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.

How do I get an International Visa Letter of invitation?

Impressions Expo welcomes international visitors from around the world. To obtain travel visas to attend, many US Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from Impressions Expo. You can now request the Visa letter during the registration process. The letter of invitation will be automatically emailed to you after you complete the registration. If you do not receive the Visa letter within 24 hours, please call 240-439-2980 with questions.

How can I make hotel arrangements?

Hotel reservations can be made online through our Hotel Reservations page. EvolveCon via HotelMap is the official housing agent for Impressions Expo Long Beach.

Can I take photographs during the show?
Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each exhibitor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products in the decorated apparel industry. In an effort to protect our exhibitors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms at Impressions events without first obtaining permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show and could be denied entry to future Impressions Expo events and/or be prosecuted.
